Accepted forms of payment:
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diner's Club. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Receipt Policy:
The majority of Wrappedinpurple.com customers are gift buyers. Therefore, we send an electronic receipt to the e-mail address supplied in the Billing information.
This is the only receipt you will receive. The receipt contains all of the necessary information regarding your order, including an order number. Your order number will become important to you in the event that you need to contact us regarding a return.
An Order Number will accompany all gifts but does not contain any pricing information.
Return Policy:
All of our quality products at Wrapped in Purple are examined thoroughly before being sent to our customers. Should there be any damage with your product upon delivery, contact us immediately at customerservice@wrappedinpurple.com. Any discrepancies or damage notification must be e-mailed within three days of receipt for consideration. We also ask that you contact the carrier that delivered your shipment so you can fill out any damage report they require.
Wrapped in Purple will issue you a return number which will need to accompany any returns.
We do not accept Returns, with the exception of a damaged product or discrepency due to an error on our part.
Items returned due to refusal of delivery will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00. All shipping charges, including any additional charges incurred by Wrapped in Purple, will be charged to the Bill To credit card.
Exchanges:
We are happy to accommodate exchange requests made within 15 days of receipt of original order. Exchanges will be treated like a new order. Charges for the new item(s) will be charged to your credit card. Credit for the returned item will be given once the original order has been received back in new condition with unopened packaging. Credit can only be given to the original "Bill To" name and credit card. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, including charges to return the item, and re-shipping charges for new item(s).
Please email us for an authorization number for all exchanges. Please also include your name, address, reason for exchange, order number, and new order items. Please email us at customerservice@wrappedinpurple.com for further information and return mailing address.
Gift recipients may make even, size-only exchanges ONLY. You will need to provide a credit card number for re-shipping charges.
Items that CANNOT be exchanged are:
* All Gift Baskets & Gift Sets, and items contained therein.
* Custom, personalized and monogrammed items are not exchangable or returnable unless there was a mistake on our part.
* Baby Diaper Cakes
* Opened packaging on CD's, Videos and DVD's.
Substitution Policy:
There may be certain instances where we are out of a particular product needed to build a gift basket. In order to get your delivery to your destination on time, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
Order Cancellation
If you must cancel an order, we are able to do so as long as the order has not been processed in our system. Please e-mail us immediately and we will promptly check into the matter. We regret that if order processing has taken place we are unable to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
