Custom, personalized and monogrammed items are not exchangable or returnable unless there was a mistake on our part. Order Cancellation: If you must cancel an order, we are able to do so as long as the order has not been processed in our system. Please e-mail us immediately and we will promptly check into the matter. We regret that if order processing has taken place we are unable to cancel the order.
