We want to ensure the our customers are satisfied. All of our products are covered by our 100% guarantee. If for some reason you or your gift recipient is dissatisfied with your delivered gift, please e-mail us within 14 days of the delivered package.
If there is DAMAGE to the package during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of package.

Order Cancellation: If you must cancel an order, we are able to do so as long as the order has not been processed in our system. Please e-mail us immediately and we will promptly check into the matter. We regret that if order processing has taken place we are unable to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Receipt Policy:
The majority of Wrapped in Purple customers are gift buyers. Therefore, we send an electronic receipt to the e-mail address supplied in the Billing information.
This is the only receipt you will receive. The receipt contains all of the necessary information regarding your order, including an order number. Your order number will become important to you in the event that you need to contact us regarding a return.
An Order Number will accompany all gifts but does not contain any pricing information.
